You do not have to be born under the sign of Gemini to get a tattoo of the twins’ symbol, but who would not want to be?  Gemini is the sign for all those who were born from May 21st to June 21st.  The ending day of this sign signals the very moment of the summer solstice.  Gemini is the third astrological sign in the Zodiac.  It originates from the constellation of Gemini.  Gemini is closely associated with the planet Mercury and is considered to be ruled by this planet making this a somewhat masculine sign.  Under this sign, you will find charming optimistic, creative and smart people.  Geminis are compatible with many different types of people but especially people born under the Libra and Aquarius signs.  They share common attributes such as an airy demeanor and intelligence.

A larger, more detailed Gemini tattoo would look good as part of a half-sleeve or full sleeve design.  With a detailed pagan, Roman, Greek or new age background, it would look good across the shoulders, down the back, across the chest, across the abdomen or even wrapped around a leg.
